Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your SSC CGL Prep account and the data attached to it at any time.

In the Android app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email arshhasan2016@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, profile picture) and sign-in account
• Your quiz, PYQ and mock-test attempts, answers, scores and timings
• Your progress summary, streaks and dashboard statistics

What we keep

If you bought a paid plan, we keep the payment record (amount, date, plan and payment reference) for as long as tax and accounting rules require. It is not used for anything else. See our Privacy Policy.
