Refund & Cancellation Policy

All core practice on SSC CGL Prep — topic quizzes, the PYQ archive and speed sprints — is free and requires no payment. This policy applies to paid plans (such as the mock-test pass shown on our Pricing page). Paid plans are not yet enabled; the terms below take effect from the day they launch.

All purchases are final

Paid plans give immediate access to digital content, so once a purchase is made it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund — including for change of mind, partial use, or dissatisfaction with results. Please use the free features to evaluate the platform before buying, and review the plan details on the Pricing page carefully.

The only exceptions

• Duplicate payment: if you are charged more than once for the same purchase, the extra charge is refunded in full.
• Payment without access: if money is deducted but your plan is not activated, we will either activate it or refund the charge in full.

To report either issue, contact us via the Contact Us page from the email address linked to your account, including the payment reference. Verified cases are resolved within 5–7 business days, with any refund going to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

One-time passes do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If an auto-renewing subscription is ever offered, you will be able to stop future renewals at any time; access then continues until the end of the period already paid for, which is not refunded.
