By using SSC CGL Prep you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The service

SSC CGL Prep is an exam-preparation platform: topic quizzes, previous-year questions, speed sprints, mock tests and a progress dashboard. Core practice is free; some features (such as full mock tests) may require a paid plan described on the Pricing page.

Your account

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; do not share accounts or use the platform on someone else's behalf.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell questions, solutions or any other content from the platform.
  • Do not attempt to access answer keys, other users' data, or any part of the service you are not authorised to use.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of the service or use automated tools to submit attempts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payments & refunds

Prices are shown on the Pricing page before you buy. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Content & accuracy

Practice content is provided for study purposes on an "as-is" basis. We work hard on accuracy but do not guarantee that every question, solution or statistic is error-free, and we are not liable for exam outcomes. Found a mistake? Please tell us.

Not affiliated with SSC

This is an independent platform, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Staff Selection Commission. Official examination rules, eligibility and results are governed solely by SSC's official notifications.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
