SSC CGL Prep

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

SSC CGL Prep collects the minimum data needed to run practice sessions and show you your progress. This page explains exactly what that is.

What we collect

  • Account details: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier through Firebase Authentication. We never see your Google password.
  • Practice activity: your quiz attempts, answers, scores and timings are stored so your dashboard, review screens and streaks work.
  • Cookies: a sign-in session cookie, and an anonymous session identifier that links your free practice attempt before you create an account. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to operate the service: checking answers, computing scores, building your dashboard and improving our question content in aggregate. We do not sell personal data and do not show third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication) on Google Cloud infrastructure. Answer keys and your responses are only ever processed on our servers — answers are never sent to your browser before you submit.

Payments

If you buy a paid plan, the payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your card or banking details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it by writing to us via the Contact Us page. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
